The IRIM invites 3rd-year or higher university students studying sociology, social work, or statistics, who are interested in data and research, to join the "DataDive: Unlocking Analytical Potential" program as part of the "Student Researcher" volunteer program. This program is for students who are interested in working with data and want to develop their skills further.

Climate change-related challenges, such as desertification, floods, droughts, and harsh winters, have disproportionately increased the burden on women by intensifying their responsibilities in livestock herding and household caregiving, thereby exacerbating their economic vulnerability and undermining their capacity to adapt. To address these challenges, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) has launched a project in Mongolia titled "Enhancing Gender Equality for Rural Women and Girls through Climate-Resilient and Gender-Responsive Policies." This initiative aims to equip rural women and girls with the skills and knowledge necessary to adapt to and thrive in the face of climate change.

**Development Solutions NGO** has launched the final evaluation of the "BEST Program" (2019-2024), funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). This program aims to diversify and grow Mongolia's economy by improving access to financing for small and medium enterprises, enhancing economic governance, accountability, and transparency. 

The first meeting of the "Community of Practice (CoP)," initiated by IRIM, was held on June 7, 2024. The initiative aimed to coordinate research activities related to climate change resilience and to enhance information exchange among researchers and experts.
