- Need-based and flexible: We do research to propose training contents and modules responsive to our clients’ needs.
- Professional and experienced human resource: We have more professional trainers with more than 10 years of experiences, who are specialized in research methodologies and project management.
- Comprehensive: We use both methodology and practice. We develop practical exercises and cases based on the clients’ unique needs and their field of specialization.
- Technical supply: Training rooms, classrooms, and training materials are fully equipped. The training can be organized in a variety of ways, both in-person and online. We have personnel with the technical and technological resources and capabilities to organize the online training using modern and advanced electronic technologies and platforms.
- Delivery of the products: We deliver all training materials, handouts, module and programs to our clients after training.
- Evaluate training results: We conduct pre and post test of a training and assess results. We also develop a report at all stages of training from the inception to the end.
- Post training mentoring: We also provide mentoring and consulting services on putting their knowledge gained through trainings into practice through in-person and online meetings. The following 3 types of mentoring activities are organized, (i) Trainer-to-trainee (ii) Peer-to-peer learning (iii) Expert-to-trainee.
