Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Data Manager to support the creation of final datasets and the organization’s data warehouse.
- Strengthen the project implementation quality management system (QMS).
- Program survey questionnaires into online data collection platforms.
- Provide leadership in establishing the call center as an independent operational unit.
- Expand, train, and maintain the pool of contracted field and call center staff to ensure sustainability and capacity.
- Ensure the timely and high-quality completion of project data collection.
- Manage and oversee data collection activities conducted in the field and through the call center.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge and experience in research and M&E projects.
Skills and experience in project management.
Proficiency in data and information collection methods.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage and collaborate effectively.
Proficiency in data collection software (e.g., CSPro, KOBO Toolbox, Survey Solutions, etc.).
Ability to work with data analysis and dataset creation software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, STATA, MAXQDA, etc.).
Strong proficiency in office software, MS Office, and internet-based tools.
