🎯Initial Consultation on the Study of Family-Friendly Policy Implementation in Mongolia Held

🔸IRIM, in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Mongolia and UNICEF Mongolia and with financial support from the Lorinet Foundation, is conducting a “Study on the Implementation of Family-Friendly Policies in Mongolia” from October to December 2025.

🔸The main objective of the study is to assess the current state of family-friendly policies and programs implemented across both the public and private sectors in Mongolia, and to identify their impacts, challenges, and opportunities for further development. As part of this initiative, the initial consultation workshop was organized on October 31, bringing together representatives from the private sector to share their experiences, lessons learned, challenges, and future needs in implementing family-friendly workplace policies.

🔸Throughout November 2025, the research team will continue to engage with public and private sector organizations, as well as decision-makers at both local and national levels, to collect data and insights.Organizations interested in sharing their experiences and contributing to the study and policy recommendations on family-friendly workplace practices are warmly invited to participate.
