What started as a tradition among our colleagues has become one of the most awaited events every year — a time to learn, connect, and recharge with fresh ideas.
This year, inspired by our newly updated strategy, we explored together how each of us — and our company as a whole — envisions the future.
With our goals set for the short, mid, and long term, we believe our vision will create a positive impact for both individuals and society.
Day 2 was extra special: we escaped the busy city life, crafted short-term plans, played fun team games, and ended the night around a campfire with songs, laughter, and heartfelt conversations.
