AI Readiness Assessment in Mongolia Underway

 The use of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly expanding worldwide, significantly impacting the economic and social development of countries. In this context, the IRIM, in collaboration with UNDP has conducted Mongolia's first comprehensive “AI Readiness Assessment,” encompassing the government, private sector and civil society organizations.

 This assessment leverages UNDP’s “AI Landscape Assessment (AILA)” methodology combined with quantitative and qualitative research approaches to assess the AI readiness of the Government of Mongolia and provide comparable data with other countries.

 The study will provide valuable insights into the current state of AI readiness and usage in Mongolia. It will also serve as a foundation for the government policies on AI.
